Let's start at the beginning. Before the prep & planning, before the "I do's", before man & wife, when your fairytale is just beginning. Let's document the excitement and anticipation of your first steps taken down your long road of marriage; your engagement.

A complimentary engagement session is included in all of my wedding packages, so that you can make sure we are the best fit for your big day. Once you love, love, LOVE your engagement photos, then we can tie the knot on wedding day arrangements. And if not, you'll only be charged the price of your engagement package, no strings attached!

I like to take the opportunity to make my engagement sessions as unique as the couple being photographed. So let's go somewhere, do something, plan a date! What interests do you share? Where are your favorite spots to go?

Engagement Packages

There are three levels of engagement & wedding packages: basic, standard, and deluxe. The levels correlate with one another, meaning the basic engagement session is included, free of charge, within the basic wedding package. Want to mix & match? No problem, you'll only have to pay the difference on the upgraded engagement session.

Let's make it official! The last step is submitting your $50 deposit to hold your date & time on my schedule. The deposit will also go towards your package total (so nothing extra, yay!).

TIPS

01.

don't overdress

"Dressed up" doesn't always mean dressed better, especially when it comes to what photographs well! If you want to dress your best, dress like YOU. You'll be the most comfortable and move the most naturally.

Don't fear the weather

Trust me on this... the weather is your friend, no matter what it decides to do on your photoshoot day. I love using the elements to add interest to my photography and make every session unique. So bring on the wind, rain, snow, or shine!

Bring accessory swaps

I allow unlimited outfit changes in all of my photography packages, so we can achieve as many looks as you desire! However, outfit changes can gobble up lots of time and may not always be practical depending on the location. So, don't overlook the power of floppy brimmed hat and a jean jacket to totally change up a look!

Wear neutral naturals

Skip the "pop of color", it's YOUR time to shine. Bright, flashy colors and heavy patterns can draw unwanted attention, and can be unflattering on most people's frames. Instead, opt for a neutral natural wardrobe (i.e. neutrals with the addition of greens & blues).

If you fall in love with your engagement images and would like me to make some photo magic on your wedding day as well, the amount you've paid for your engagement session will be subtracted from your total wedding package.
